Recent transactions include several Series Seed, Series A, Series B and Series C investment for Indian venture capital funds, advising an Indian start-up that is backed by large venture capital investors, advising a well-known Indian start-up in its USD 50MN Series D transaction, advising an Indian venture capital fund in its two notable exits from big start-ups, advising an ai and computer vision company in their overseas capital transaction, advising a multi-national software company on acquiring an Indian joint venture, advising a German company in its joint venture with an Indian company, advising Indian start-ups on regulatory compliance, structuring the investment transactions and advising investors and investee companies in their capital transactions in overseas holding entities.

Prior to joining the firm, Sindhushree was an associate with another reputed law firm, where she was involved in handling complex investment and acquisition transactions, assisted in general corporate advisory, employment advisory, conducting corporate due-diligence, compliance management services, document review and drafting.

She is very adept at managing, handling and advising start-up companies founders, angel investors, venture capital funds and private equity funds across the life cycle of their investment and M&A transactions.
