Her recent experience includes acting as a senior legal advisor for a listed manufacturing company, advising multiple global clients on negotiating software licensing agreements, providing counsel to an alcohol beverage company on celebrity endorsement agreements, and advising large-scale technology outsourcing transactions. She has also worked with clients across industries to navigate the evolving data privacy landscape in India, ensuring compliance with local regulations while addressing business needs. Additionally, she has also advised clients on legal aspects related to online gaming in India, and e-commerce marketplace setup. Before joining MCM, Mehera began her career in the banking sector, working as part of the legal team at an Indian bank. This experience was pivotal in laying a solid foundation in commercial contracting, honing her ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.
She graduated from ILS Law College, Pune, one of India’s leading law schools. Outside of her professional life, Mehera has a keen interest in nature and gardening. She finds it both relaxing and rewarding to cultivate her garden, drawing inspiration from nature as a source of balance and creativity.
