Tamish is part of MCM Law’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice. His work involves reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, as well as advising on commercial, data protection and employment laws.
Prior to joining MCM Law, Tamish was an in-house legal counsel at a multinational information technology (IT) company for one year and nine months. During this period, he was part of various teams which provided him exposure to commercial laws, ethical and statutory compliance, and employment laws. The role involved reviewing technology contracts and advising internal stakeholders on commercial risks as well as ethical and statutory compliances relevant to an IT company.
Beyond the legal field, he is passionate about music, arthouse films, and exploring the world of specialty coffee. He is also an avid football fan and a lifelong supporter of FC Barcelona.
Education
Tamish graduated in 2023 with a B.B.A., LL.B (Hons.) degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and has a strong interest in the evolving intersection of technology and law.
