Nikita is part of MCM Law’s General Commercial practice. She advises clients on a wide range of commercial, regulatory and contractual matters, drawing on over six years of experience as in-house counsel in the alco-bev and manufacturing sectors.
In her in-house roles, Nikita advised business teams on excise law compliance, advertising and marketing regulations, competition law matters, commercial contracting and statutory compliance. She also worked closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions to manage legal risk and support day-to-day operations.
Earlier in her career, Nikita practised at law firms where she advised clients across the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), employment and general commercial practice areas.

Nikita holds a BSL, LL.B. from ILS Law College, Pune.
