Shruti is an Associate at MCM. She has been with the firm since October 2024. She has experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial contracts such as service agreements, SaaS agreements, privacy policies, staffing agreements, licensing agreements, etc. She also has experience in employment laws and regularly advises clients on a variety of employment issues such as termination of employment, change in service conditions, compensation and benefits, compliance with POSH laws, etc.
Prior to joining MCM, Shruti has worked in a Tier 1 as well as a mid-sized law firm in their employment and general corporate teams respectively. Shruti has been a secondee at a multinational technology company where she used to advise them on regulatory compliances pertaining to the marketplace and has also advised Fortune 500 companies, IT/ITES companies, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing companies, etc.
Shruti holds an LL.B from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She also has a B.A. (Honours) in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi and nurtures a deep love for Political Philosophy. During her free time, she loves reading and cooking for her friends and family.
