Pushpit has been working as an Associate at MCM Law since January 2025. He has experience in drafting and reviewing a range of commercial agreements, including software-as-a-service agreements, employment agreements, data protection and privacy agreements and policies. Additionally, he advises clients across diverse sectors, with a focus on technology and labour and employment law matters.
Before joining MCM Law, Pushpit was an Associate at a Bengaluru-based law firm. He worked on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign exchange (FEMA) advisory, and commercial transactions. His work involved drafting and reviewing key commercial agreements, conducting legal due diligence, and assisting clients with regulatory and compliance requirements. He advised a diverse clientele, including Indian corporates and emerging start-ups.
He has publications in various legal journals and blogs, including the Journal of Data Protection & Privacy (Scopus-Indexed) and Indian Journal of Law and Technology (NLSIU, Bengaluru). Outside of his professional life, he enjoys getting tattoos, watching anime, and exploring automotive modifications.

Pushpit holds a B.B.A. LL.B. degree from Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, and an Advanced Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.
