Mani Chengappa & Mathur is a boutique law firm that is driven by the belief that information technology is the biggest change agent of our times.

Technology affects all aspects of our lives in ways that are not always obvious. This then has legal implications that are not often clear or well understood. Our lawyers are focussed on the interface of technology and the law, with a focus on technology transactional and advisory work.
