With prior experience as an in-house counsel advising automotive, electric vehicle and racing businesses, Aravind’s expertise is built on advising all commercial contracts ranging from joint ventures and strategic alliances, product development, manufacturing and supply contracts, complex project documentation including concession agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, offtake agreements, agritech arrangements as well as sports and entertainment contracts.
