Deepika Mathur is a Senior Associate at Mani Chengappa & Mathur and has been working at the firm since August 2022. She has experience in areas of technology and outsourcing transactions, labour and employment matters, privacy and data protection matters, and general commercial transactions.

Deepika works with a wide variety of clients including technology companies in SaaS, healthtech, pharmaceutical, and advertising technology. She routinely reviews and drafts services agreements, SaaS agreements, end user licensing agreements, privacy policies, reseller agreements, employment agreements, and internal employment policies. She also advises clients on compliance matters and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Deepika was part of the Legal Managed Services team at a Big Four consulting firm, where she provided end-to-end support to clients on their global commercial contracting. Her projects focused on review of SaaS and software licensing agreements and other procurement contracts. In her time at the consulting firm, Deepika also spearheaded streamlining of the knowledge management processes in her project.
