Gouri has been working at the firm since August 2024, specializing in technology transactions, media, data privacy and protection, general commercial transaction as well as labour and employment law.
Gouri’s experience spans working with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to multinational corporations, advising them on internal employment policies, HR practices, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, intellectual property assignment agreements and general commercial contracts.
Additionally, she provides guidance on privacy and data protection measures, helping clients assess and update their practices to ensure compliance with evolving legal requirements.
Gouri holds her BBA LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala.
During her time in college, she actively participated in moot court competitions and a variety of extracurricular activities.
