Harit is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at MCM Law. He assists clients with litigation strategy and litigation before trial courts, High Courts, and various legal forums. He primarily handles civil, commercial, and employment disputes, as well as arbitration matters.
Prior to joining MCM Law in 2025, Harit was part of litigation firms in Bangalore and Delhi, where he assisted and represented a wide range of clients in civil and commercial disputes, arbitrations, constitutional litigations, real estate disputes, matrimonial disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy litigation, and white-collar crime defence. He has experience in representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT benches, various Trial Courts, and other legal fora across India.
Harit graduated with an LLB from St. Joseph’s College of Law, Bangalore. After a year of litigation practice in Bangalore, he pursued an LLM from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, where he took a keen interest in Comparative Constitutional Law. In his leisure time, Harit enjoys travelling to new places and reading.
