Ragini is an Associate at MCM Law. She has been with the firm since May 2025. She has experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial contracts such as service agreements, SaaS agreements, privacy policies, staffing agreements, licensing agreements, etc. In addition to this, she advises clients across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on the technology sector. She also has experience in advising clients on a wide range of labour and employment law matters.
Ragini has experience across technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, including, health tech, edu-tech, e-commerce, SaaS, blockchain, virtual assets, and fin-tech. Prior to joining the Firm, Ragini was part of specialist technology practices at various law firms. In her free time, she likes reading and exploring new hobbies.
Education
She graduated in law from Amity Law School, Noida, and holds a master’s degree in business law from Amity University.
