Manaswini has been working as an Associate at Mani Chengappa & Mathur Law since August 2024. She has experience in reviewing and drafting various types of agreements, including Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements, employment agreements, privacy policies and services agreements. In addition to this, she advises clients across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on the technology sector. She also has experience in advising clients on a wide range of labour and employment law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Manaswini was part of the inhouse legal team at a technology company, where she was responsible for advising clients on various aspects of the POSH Law, along with taking care of the organization’s other legal requirements such as reviewing and drafting SaaS agreements and various employment agreements.
She has competed her BBA LLB (Hons.) from PES University, Bengaluru. In her spare time, she likes reading and exploring new hobbies.
