Nethraa is a corporate lawyer in the Transactions Team at MCM Law. She advises on general corporate matters, VC transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
During her law school journey, she was a part of the placement committee for three years and five months and served as its President in her final year. She developed leadership skills while successfully building long term institutional relationships and organising various events. She also co-authored a chapter in the book “Corporate Law in India-Navigating the Global Landscape” contributing insights on Forensic Audit and Corporate Law. In her spare time, she loves playing badminton and reading novels.

Nethraa Vaishnav Nimbawat graduated from NMIMS School of Law, Bengaluru in May 2025, holding a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree with a specialisation in Business Laws.
