Vishnu specialises in advising on private equity and venture capital deals, mergers & acquisitions, setting up Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), corporate advisory, and other transactions related to growth and exit.

Vishnu has been an associate at MCM Law since March, 2025 in the transactions and general corporate team. Prior to beginning his journey at MCM Law, Vishnu has worked on over seventy transactions. His experience includes end-to-end transactional support for both investors and companies, commercial contracts, advisory, and corporate and secretarial compliance. Vishnu has worked across multiple sectors, including information technology, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, automobile, and other allied industries, which has enabled him to develop a strong understanding of varied business models.

During his academic tenure, he actively participated in moot court competitions, served as a delegate and chair at multiple Model United Nations conferences, and took part in various debates. Outside of work, Vishnu has a keen interest in playing the guitar, attending concerts, and gaming.
